Terms and Conditions

For custom packages, a 50% non-refundable retainer payment is required. The remaining 50% payment is due at the time of production. The 50% retainer covers our time working on your designs as well as the value of the reservation in our schedule. Our schedule books up every year, so if we reserve a date for you, we are forfeiting other potential business. For this reason, retainer payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order before printing, further payment is not required as long as no other design services have been added to your package. If the suite has been sent to production, no refunds will be issued.
